It’s been fun for the last three months, but things are going to change for us pretty soon.
The non-disclosure agreement has been lifted so we are now able to announce that our little urban retro chic hideaway has been officially purchased by Wittington Investments (trading as Brown Thomas) and will be used to house their new off-site BT2 “Up-cycle” department.
Be prepared for some alteration of stock, staff, and service in the coming weeks.
For example:
- The flowers and plants will be replaced by fragrance and make-up counters (mainly Heiress by Paris Hilton)
- Our crepes and chutneys will make way for a designer sunglasses stand and batik headscarf display
- The second-hand clothing rails will be exchanged for brand new Paris and Milan fashions (all sizes up to 8)
- Our homecrafted handbags will all be replaced by Diane Von Furstenberg Envelope-sized Metallic Leather Clutches (starting at €170)
